Alfred Dunhill inherited his father's saddlery business on London's Euston Road at the age of 21 in 1893. Responding to the growing demand for automobiles at the time, he developed a line of accessories called 'Dunhill's Motorities'. This first collection included car horns and lamps, leather overcoats, goggles, picnic sets and timepieces, which provided the company with the strap line of 'Everything But The Motor'. Within a few years the business moved to the luxury market with the opening of two Dunhill Motorities stores in Mayfair. Alfred retired in the 1920s but of course the Dunhill brand is still strong today;- see dunhill.com. Being a numbered car and having been 'Works Prepared' it is undeniably unique.Finished in Masons Black with full Black Hide interior, this DB7 has full service history & has only cover 15000 miles on the clock. Benefitting from a desirable, driving dynamic, Aston body Kit from new, a stunning low mileage example.
